….. opened the meeting at 5 :45 pm

Topic 1:

Making parents aware that the new schedule is what we will be going off until Riley mentions differently. The new schedule will reflect the school change, practice will start at 445pm and end at 7pm. Students are still expected to follow the same rules and guidelines that they have been doing during summer band camp.

Topic 2:

Parents are to follow the call time and pick up time. They are to know that if they aren’t on the chaperon list then they can not walk in with the band they have to pay before they enter. Students will not be wearing uniforms. They will be wearing show shirts, black shorts, and tennis shoes. They will perform in the stands.
