Meeting began at 6:30 pm
Robyn welcomed the parents to the Band Booster Meeting.
Fruit Fundraiser:
Explained the costs
o 2 days off the vine
o $10 profit per a box
Explained the due dates
o Thanksgiving
o Christmas
o Our Choice
Volunteer Needs:
We are still learning what is needed for football games, chaperones, and concessions
We need further direction from Mr. Pace about rules of engagement for the kids who do not
march. What is their expectation?
Water:
Need of water bottle donations
o 150 per game
o 162 per competition
Volunteer Concerns:
New parent volunteer form
What is needed and the process for volunteering
Concessions:
Is there enough concession food items?
o Yes, but keep the donations coming
Meeting adjourned at 7:15 pm
